The team was brought on to implement the re-theming of the website and build customized features to match their user-centered design for their Drupal CMS.

 

Reviewed the site mockups and prototype for stylistic consistency, usability, technical evaluation and documenting requirements. Worked with Architects and developers to create a product plan and define site usability through user stories, content type definitions, and feature requirements. Conducted QA testing, Regression Testing and Cross-Browser testing for all new features. Managed client expectations and the technical build out of the product.
