Product Owner/UX Analyst for Global Consumer Website CMS Platform. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, designers, QA) responsible for implementing new features; requirements management, sprint planning, manage/prioritize backlog, lead grooming sessions, assist with QA and conduct UAT.

  • Facilitate discovery engagements to understand business and user needs; coordinate stakeholder interviews, conduct user research, build personas, architect user journeys and design process flows.

  • Provide guidance to clients by translating business and user goals into functional digital strategies and actions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmap and manage backlog.

  • Design and prototype the user experience based on industry best practices and establish detailed usability and design guidelines for product development.

  • Define feature specifications and manage requirements through epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, information architecture, prototypes and/or wireframes.
  • Communicate team progress, issues and strategy recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Organize and administer product/feature rollout; client buy-in, pilots, demos, QA, UAT and training.
